The Sample Process: How It Works

The purpose of the sample process is to get physical pieces into your hands to evaluate the finish, color and character, milling and tongue and groove. 

The first batch of samples sometimes doesn’t hit the mark, and that’s okay! Let us know what you liked or didn’t like about your first batch of samples and we can make other recommendations and send out another sample box for free.

The Process:

Step 1: shop around for flooring you think would be a good fit for your project.

Step 2: Add the sample to your shopping cart

Step 3: We pack and ship your samples

 

Step 4: Evaluate what you like and don’t like about each sample. 

 

Step 5: Expect contact from our sales experts to discuss your samples. This is the most crucial step, as our sales reps are specially trained to make recommendations and narrow down the exact floor you want for your project.

 

Step 6: and beyond: We’ll send future boxes of samples for free, until we find you your perfect floor.

 

If you don’t find your perfect floor on the first go round, don’t despair! As a team we will leverage our many years of experience to help you find the right product.
