Our team is made up of passionate, friendly hardwood flooring experts who care deeply about quality, service, and craftsmanship. Each member brings unique experience and a commitment to helping customers find the right flooring for their home or project. We believe great service begins with great people, and our team is here to guide you every step of the way.

Curtis

 

Curtis is the spiritual leader at Hardwoods4less. He’s one of the owners, and has a great passion for hardwood flooring and helping customers find the right floor for their home and lifestyle. He has been a professional salesperson his entire life, and selling floors for over 10 years, is a cancer survivor, and is a relentless optimist. Just don’t ask him who his favorite football team is, it seems to change every other week.

Jody

 

Jody does sales as well as Operations for H4L, and is a hobby woodworker with a real appreciation for hardwood. He’s a frequent world traveler, and has been known to travel for his two other passions - sports and music.

Blu

 

Blu is the newest addition to our team. She’s a 5 year old 20 pound rescue schnauzer mix with a big heart who loves cuddles.

Marcus

 

With over two decades of experience in sales leadership, operations, and business development, Marcus has consistently driven growth across diverse industries. As National Sales Manager at Penn Elcom, he spearheaded the expansion of the Americas region, launching ecommerce channels in the U.S. and Canada. Prior roles at ASCAP, Alternative Distribution Alliance, and Universal Music Group highlight a proven track record in strategic account management, licensing negotiations, and marketing execution. Recognized for innovative prospecting and operational excellence.

Justin

 

Justin comes to us after prior experience as a professional chef via the prestigious Culinary Institute of America. He’s now in charge of marketing and operations, and is responsible for how great our website and photography look. He’s a car enthusiast and if you need to find him he’s probably in his garden growing plants, herbs and chili peppers.
